SEM Measurement Properties Dialog Box

Menu Path: MeasSetup > SEM Measurement Properties

The SEM Measurement Properties dialog box contains parameters that let you configure the VSA to perform Spectral Emissions Mask measurements.

The Spectral Emissions Mask measurement must be selected before this dialog box is available. To enable the demodulator, click MeasSetup > Measurement Type > Power Spectrum Analysis > Spectral Emissions Mask

The SEM Measurement Properties dialog box contains tab headings that group similar configuration parameters as follows:

Carriers Tab: Configures the carriers in the SEM measurement.
Power Reference Tab: Contains parameters that configure the power reference used in the SEM measurement.
Offsets & Limits Tab: Contains parameters that configure the offsets in the SEM measurement.
Interfering Signals Tab: Defines the interfering signals used in the SEM measurement.
