CDP Layer Walsh Code Length (cdma2000/1xEV-DV)

Menu Path: MeasSetup > cdma2000/1xEV-DV Demod Properties > Channel/Layer tab.

Default: 64 Fwd, 32 Rev (See cdma2000/1xEV-DV Standard Setups/Presets Table.)

Range: 4 to 128 (Forward link) and 2 to 32 (Reverse link)

CDP Layer Walsh Code Length selects the active code domain layer (Walsh Code Length) for the code domain power CDP Layer and CDE Layer trace data (see About Ch1 CDP trace data). This parameter has no other effect except for the display of the CDP Layer and CDE Layer trace data.

Selecting a CDP Layer Walsh Code Length

The CDP Layer text box provides a list of available cdma2000/1xEV-DV compliant Walsh Code Length that can be selected. To set the CDP Layer Walsh Code Length, click the text box down arrow and then click the desired Walsh Code Length.
