Time Offset (GSM/EDGE/EDGE Evolution)

Time Offset is the time interval between the measurement trigger and T0 (the half-way point in the training sequence) for the current Timeslot. Time Offset is generally not useful for non-triggered setups.

T0 is defined for normal symbol rate bursts and high symbol rate bursts in section 6.4.2 of 3GPP TS Technical Specification 51.021 V8.1.0 (2008-11).
