Copy Auto to Manual

When in Automatic mode, clicking this button copies the autodetected reference region pattern to the Manual Reference Description table and switches the demod to Sync to Manual Reference.
Copy Auto to Manual requires that there is at least one more region analyzed than number of reference regions (e.g. if there are four reference regions, need to have five in the Region table). Otherwise, clicking Copy Auto to Manual will do nothing.
The start and stop frequencies and the time boundaries of the regions will be approximate since they are based on the measured values in the Region table. Also, to handle the case where auto mode allows regions to have arbitrary time between them, a non-analyzed region will be added between each autodetected region to fill in the time gap.
