Time Step (Frequency vs. Time)

Time Step determines how much to step forward in time before grabbing the next slice of input time domain data. Therefore, this must be less than the time length of the x axis, and will achieve an overlap in the slices (Overlap = TimeLen - Time Step).

When Auto is selected (default = selected), the Time Step is automatically updated in order to achieve a 90% overlap, based on Overlap = TimeLen - Time Step. At any point, if you change the Time Step value, auto will become unchecked.
