Heatmaps (Analysis)
The tab sets the parameters for frequency vs. time measurements displayed on the Frequency vs. Time Heatmap (Pulse and Vector) and Acquisition Spectrum (Pulse only) traces. See About Frequency vs. Time for information about Frequency vs. Time measurements.
-
ResBW specifies the resolution bandwidth for Frequency vs. Time measurements.
-
Time Step specifies the step time between slices of input time domain data.
-
Window Type selects the windowing type to be applied prior to FFT Fast Fourier Transform: A mathematical operation performed on a time-domain signal to yield the individual spectral components that constitute the signal. See Spectrum..
-
Max Analysis Points specifies upper bound where analysis stops after exceeding this bound.
-
Max Analysis Duration displays the Max Analysis Points value in terms of time.

-
Detect PRI for Fast-Time automatically sets the Fast-Time Length based on the PRI of the signal.
-
Fast-Time Length specifies the length of each captured time domain slice as the horizontal axis of the Fast-Time Slow-Time heatmap displays.
-
Fast-Time Offset specifies an offset in the Fast-Time dimension that may be used to center the location of a pulse of interest. Only positive values are possible.
-
Max Analysis Points specifies upper bound to the number of IQ pairs for the fast-time slow-time analysis. The analysis will stop after exceeding this bound.
-
Max Analysis Duration displays the Max Analysis Points value in terms of time.
