Cable Correction (External Mixer)

Cable Correction sets the correction applied to measured data to compensate for the length of the cable connecting the external mixer to the analyzer. This property is supported by the V3050A Signal Analyzer Frequency Extender. It is displayed on the External Mixer panel only when supported by the external mixer. When correction values other than Off are supported, the Cable IF Loss property is ignored. Only None is supported when a V3050A is not in use.

None - (default) No cable loss correction is applied to the measured data. Only None is supported when a V3050A is not in use.

V3050A 1 meter cable - Correction is applied to compensate for the use of a 1 meter cable.

V3050A 2 meter cable - Correction is applied to compensate for the use of a 2 meter cable.

V3050A 3 meter cable - Correction is applied to compensate for the use of a 3 meter cable.
