Data NRMSE (802.15.4 HRP UWB)

Data NRMSE is the computed NRMSE (normalized root mean square error) for the Data frame part.  Each frame part's NRMSE is computed over that portion of the frame and expressed as a percentage of the pulse amplitude averaged over that portion of the frame.  NRMSE is computed using only the pulse points and doesn't include the inactive points.  NRMSE is the RMS error between the IQ Meas Time and IQ Ref Time traces.
