SCMA Parameters (LTE-Advanced Uplink)
The SCMA (Sparse Code Multiple Access) parameters are used to configure uplink SCMA measurements. The SCMA parameters are enabled only when Direction is set to Uplink and Multiple Access is set to SCMA.

Codebook
A codebook is needed from which to import the SCMA parameters (spreading factor, codeword size, number of layers and codebook vector).

Layer Enabled
Enables or disables SCMA layers. Layering is configured when a codebook is imported; however, you can manually enable or disable the imported layers as needed. The imported codebook specifies the number of layers 0-n.
