MUST Parameters (LTE Downlink)

The MUST(Multiple User Superposition Transmission) parameters are used to configure downlink MUST measurements. The MUST parameters are enabled only when Direction is set to Downlink and Multiple Access is set to MUST.

Parameter Description
MUST Scheme

Selects one of the three proposed transmission schemes (or categories) for MUST.

CATEGORY1: Category 1 is a superposition transmission with an adaptive power ratio on each component constellation and non-Gray-mapped composite constellation. This is currently the only supported category.

CATEGORY2(currently not supported): Category 2 is a superposition transmission with an adaptive power ratio on component constellations and Gray-mapped composite constellation.

CATEGORY3(currently not supported): Category 3 is a superposition transmission with a label-bit assignment on composite constellation and Gray-mapped composite constellation.

SIC Mode

Selects the Successive Interference Cancellation (SIC) mode.
