Direction (LTE)

Menu Path: MeasSetup > LTE Demod Properties... > Format tab

Default: Downlink

Range: Downlink, Uplink

Direction specifies whether the signal is an uplink signal or a downlink signal. Changing this parameter will modify the appearance of the LTE Demod Properties dialog to show appropriate measurement parameters.

In uplink, the IQ traces (IQ Meas, IQ Ref, IQ Meas Time, IQ Ref Time) show a composite of the PUSCH Physical Uplink Shared Channel time domain symbol points and the other channels and signals' frequency domain symbol points. To view PUSCH symbol points in the frequency domain, use the IQ Freq Meas and IQ Freq Ref traces.
