PSDCH Active (LTE)

PSDCH Active sets the measurement for PSDCH. PSDCH (Physical Sidelink Discovery Channel) is used for ProSe direct communication and ProSe direct discovery between UEs. PSDCH is very similar to PUSCH Physical Uplink Shared Channel, except for scrambling code initialization. For PUSCH, the initialization seed depends on the cell ID, RNTI Radio Network Temporary Identifier and subframe index. For PSDCH, it always uses 510 for the scrambling code initialization.

PSDCH Active is only available for Uplink.
