RSSymClk (LTE)
shows the symbol clock error of the cell-specific reference signal for a C-RS Cell-specific RS/Rx path.
is expressed in ppm (parts-per-million) relative to the symbol clock error of the reference C-RS/Rx path and is calculated from the data in the Measurement Interval.
