is calculated from theA value of 0.010 ppm indicates that the measured signal's symbol clock frequency is slower than the reference symbol clock frequency by 0.000 000 01 * RefSymClk.
The Time Scale Factor parameter can be used to correct the signal for symbol clock errors. A value of -20 ppm could be corrected by setting the time scale factor to 1.000 020.
