RSTiming (LTE)
shows the average timing error of the cell-specific reference signal for a C-RS Cell-specific RS/Rx path.
is expressed in nanoseconds relative to the C-RS timing error of the reference C-RS/Rx path and is calculated from the data in the Measurement Interval.
