NPBCH Bits (NB-IoT)

Menu Path: MeasSetup > NB-IoT Demod Properties... > Decode tab

Range: Mapped, Descrambled, Deratematched, Decoded

NPBCH Bits specifies how much coding to undo before showing the MIB bits from NPBCH on the Decoded Symbol Table.

The following is a list of the available NPBCH Bits selections and the resulting bits:

• Mapped - no bits for this channel will be shown on the Decoded Symbol Table. Mapped bits for this channel are shown on the Symbol Table.

• Descrambled - descrambled (rate-matched) bits for each subframe 0 in a frame

• Deratematched - deratematched (channel coded) bits for each subframe 0 in a frame

• Decoded - information bits + CRC Cyclic Redundancy Check bits for each subframe 0 in a frame
