NRS (NB-IoT)
NRS is the Downlink Cell-specific Reference Signal and is used for EVM Minimization and Equalizer Training.
NRS is also used as the power level reference for the rest of the signal. See Downlink Control Channel Properties for more information.
The modulation type of NRS is QPSK Quadrature phase shift keying.
