RSSymClk (NB-IoT)
shows the symbol clock error of the narrowband reference signal for a NRS/Rx path.
is expressed in ppm (parts-per-million) relative to the symbol clock error of the reference NRS/Rx path and is calculated from the data in the Measurement Interval.
