PRACH Physical Random Access Channel TA Transmitter address Relative to Trigger specifies whether the PRACH Time Advance results are relative to the trigger or to the frame boundary.

When selected, the PRACH Time Advance results are relative to the trigger.

When cleared, the PRACH Time Advance results are relative to the first PRACH occasion. This means the Time Advance for the first PRACH occasion will always be zero.
