About Keysight FieldFox Handheld Analyzers with 89600 VSA Software
The Keysight 89600 VSA software supports the following FieldFox handheld RF Radio Frequency: A generic term for radio-based technologies, operating between the Low Frequency range (30k Hz) and the Extra High Frequency range (300 GHz). and microwave analyzers:
For all models shown, SA Hardware/SA Option 233 and CPU2 are required. See the FieldFox Handheld Analyzers Configuration Guide for more information on Option 233 and CPU2.

Software Installation
Remote operating mode: The 89600 VSA software runs on a PC connected to the analyzer via a LAN Local Area Network: A communications network that serves users within a local geographical area, typically over distances of around 100m. Wireless LANs use wireless communicaitons to network devices so there is no need for data cabling. interface; see Remote Configuration topic for more information.
Embedded configurations are not supported for FieldFox handheld analyzers.
Making Measurements
The remote operating mode supports single-channel measurements.
