Nonlinear FM (NLFM) Metrics (Pulse)

This topic describes the metrics calculated from the settings in the Nonlinear FM tab.

• NLFM aN

  • NLFM aN columns represent the calculated coefficients that describe the frequency modulated (FM Frequency Modulation) polynomial (freq(t') = a₀ + a₁t' + a₂t' + a₃t' ...). They match the coefficients found in the Nonlinear FM tab. The number of coefficients is Max Polynomial Degree + 1.
