Reference Filter (RFID)

Menu Path: MeasSetup > RFID Demod Properties > Filter tab

Default: None (See RFID Standard Setups/Presets Table)

The Reference Filter dropdown list selects the reference filter. The available Reference Filter selections are:

• None
• Raised Cosine
• Gaussian

Though filtering is not defined in the RFID standards, the signal is often shaped by some type of filter, so it is often worthwhile to have a Reference filter.

The Alpha or BT Bandwidth Time Product parameter of the filter is specified by the value entered in the Alpha / BT box.
