This is a Data Header variable.

GPS Global Positioning System:L A worldwide radio-navigation system that was developed by the US. Department of Defense. In addition to military purposes it is widely used in marine and terrestrial navigation (for example car navigation systems). time of the T=0 location (typically the trigger location) in the vector or recording. Array of 3 unsigned integer values in order of:

  1. Whole seconds since the start of the GPS time epoch
  2. Whole number of nanoseconds in the fractional second part.
  3. Whole number of attoseconds in the fractional nanosecond part.

This represents the number of seconds and fractional seconds since the start of the GPS time epoch on 1980-01-06 00:00:00 UTC.

The t=0 point in the data can be related to the first point in the data using the XStart value of the data.
