1.28 MHz Megahertz: A unit of frequency equal to one million hertz or cycles per second. (See TD-SCDMA Standard Setups/Presets Table.)

Chip Rate sets the chip rate for the VSA's demodulator. This allows the freedom to specify nonstandard chip rates for test and analysis purposes.
To demodulate a signal, the chip rate must match the chip rate of your system.
