TD-SCDMA Demod Properties Dialog Box
The TD-SCDMA Demodulation dialog box contains parameters that configure the VSA to descramble, despread, and demodulate TD-SCDMA modulated signals.
The TD-SCDMA demodulator must be enabled before this dialog box is accessible. To enable the demodulator, click
.The TD-SCDMA Demod Properties dialog box contains tab headings that group similar configuration parameters as follows:
-
Format tab: These properties are used to configure the VSA's TD SCDMA demodulator. The parameters include: Chip Rate, filter Alpha, and the Preset to Standard parameter.
-
Code/ID tab: These properties specify the TD-SCDMA code allocation parameters including: Force Code Group, Downlink Pilot, Uplink Pilot, Scramble, and Basic Midamble codes. Also the Traffic Timeslots configuration is located here.
-
Channel/Layer tab: These properties specify the Despread Channel (code channel and code layer) parameters and CDP Layer (code layer) parameters used to configure the Channel Trace Data and CDP trace data displays respectively. These parameters can be reconfigured to get new trace data results without the need to acquire new data. The new data results are recomputed from the current data record.
-
Time tab: These properties configure the data analysis parameters including: Result Length, Time Reference, Start Boundary, Analysis TimeSlot, Analysis Sub-frame, and Uplink Switch Point parameters. Use these parameters to specify what segment of the time record will be used for data analysis and trace data results. These parameters can be reconfigured to get new trace data results without the need to acquire new data. The new data results are recomputed from the current data record, except on the first occurrence. On the first occurrence, the trace data results are computed from the Analysis Timeslot and Analysis Sub-frame settings.
-
Advanced tab: These parameters allow optional measurement adjustments.
