The allows you to scale the timebase of a signal in a design or debug environment where the symbol rate and DAC Digital to Analog Converter: A device that takes a digital representation of a signal and transforms it into a facsimile of its original form. (Digital to Analog Converter) clocking is scaled at a faster or slower rate. For example, you can scale a test signal with a symbol rate of 4Hz instead of 4000Hz by entering: Time Scale Factor = 0.001, which results in a correct analysis.
