Active Channel Threshold (W-CDMA(3GPP)/HSPA)

Default: Auto (See W-CDMA(3GPP) Standard Setups/Presets Table.)

Range: 0 to -120 dBc deciBels referenced to the carrier: A technique for expressing a power measurement in logarithmic form using the carrier power as a reference.

Active Channel Threshold allows toggling the active Code Channel detection threshold level between Auto and Manual modes.

Auto:

The internal algorithm determines the active code channel identification automatically.

Manual:

The active code channel identification is determined by the Active Channel Threshold setting.

The Active Channel Threshold provides a method to improve the automatic active code channel detection algorithm. Manual override is required for signals that cause incorrect active code channel identification which will lead to incorrect composite data results.
