Wide Uplink Frequency Lock Range (W-CDMA(3GPP)/HSPA)
Selected (See W-CDMA(3GPP) Standard Setups/Presets Table.)
The check box selects between Normal mode and Wide mode. These modes configure the frequency tolerance error range used for the synchronization with the uplink DPCCH Dedicated Physical Control Channel channels.
- Selected: Wide mode
- Cleared: Normal mode
Wide mode increases the frequency error tolerance range that is used in Normal mode. Wide mode is used to measure DPCCH channels whose power level may be to low to synchronize in Normal mode. Wide mode should be used for signals that have simple code channel configurations .
The parameter is valid for the direction only.
