Chan Pilot Bits (W-CDMA(3GPP)/HSPA)
shows the number of Pilot Bits detected in the DPCH Dedicated Physical Channel channel for the specified specified Code Channel and Spread Code Length. Pilot Bits only apply to Downlink signals, there are no pilot bits for Uplink.
