Chan tDPCH (W-CDMA(3GPP)/HSPA)
This is the timing value for the DPCH Dedicated Physical Channel channel for the specified Code Channel and Spread Code Length. tDPCH only applies to Downlink signals
The tDPCH value is the time offset between the CPICH Common Pilot Channel and the selected DPCH channel. The value is in units of 256 chips. The maximum offset is one frame, so tDPCH can have values between 0 to 149.
