Measurement Offset (802.11n/ac/ax/be)

Measurement Offset determines the start position of the Measurement Interval with respect to the beginning of the Result Length (i.e. from the first Data symbol-time). Measurement Offset specifies the measurement offset as a number of OFDM Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing: OFDM employs multiple overlapping radio frequency carriers, each operating at a carefully chosen frequency that is Orthogonal to the others, to produce a transmission scheme that supports higher bit rates due to parallel channel operation. OFDM is an alternative tranmission scheme to DSSS and FHSS. symbols and the offset must be less than the Maximum Result Length parameter.

The Measurement Offset parameter combined with the Measurement Interval parameter specifies the portion of the result length to analyze and display. The default Measurement Offset value is zero. See Measurement Interval and Offset for more information about these parameters and their application.
