Spectrum (802.11n/ac/ax/be/bn)

Menu Path: Trace > Data > Channel X > Spectrum where X is the selected channel.

The Spectrum trace is the averaged Instantaneous Spectrum display, as shown in the following block diagram. If averaging is off, the Spectrum and Instantaneous Spectrum displays are identical.

The Spectrum trace has the following characteristics:

• It is derived from pre-demodulated time data.
• It is averaged if averaging is ON and the average type is rms, rms exponential, or peak averaging.

  If averaging is ON, a scan is not included in the average if any of these conditions exist: Pulse Not Found, Sync Not Found, Carrier Unlock, or certain DATA? conditions.
