PLTS Software License Redemption and Software Download Process

This process redeems your "Software License and Software Update Service Entitlement Certificate" for a PLTS software license file (*.lic). It also allows you to download your new software, and it automatically registers your 1-year Software Update Service (SUS) subscription, included with your software purchase.

  1. On the internet, navigate to the Keysight Software Management system at:
    http://www.Keysight.com/find/softwaremanager

  1. Log in or register your name if first time log-in.

  2. Click “You can add a new certificate”

  1. Locate the Software License and Software Update Service Subscription Entitlement Certificate.

  2. Enter your “Order Number” and “Certificate Number” located on Software Entitlement Certificate.

  3. Follow the instructions to register the ordered software licenses.

  4. Click “You can request new licenses”.

  5. Select your required license.

  6. Add your HOST ID then click Assign License at the bottom.

  7. Follow the instructions.

  8. A message with license file (.lic) is sent to your email address.
