:CHANnel Probe Head Commands

Command Syntax

:CHANnelN:PROBe:HEAD:SELect "<model>"

Where N identifies a specific channel in the form "<connection1-8>_<ch1-8>". With connection 1, the connection number part (that is, "1_") is optional, and you can simply use the channel number "<ch1-8>". For example, connection 4 channel 2 is CHANnel4_2.

Query Syntax

:CHANnelN:PROBe:HEAD:SELect?

Description

Selects a known Keysight probe head (with known compensation values).

The command parameter is a quoted model number string. The available model number strings are shown in the Infiniium graphical user interface (GUI) or in the GUI's Interactive SCPI Command Tree.

To see if any probe head is currently connected, use the :CHANnel:PROBe:HEAD:STATe? query.
