:MEASure:ACQuire:COUNt?

Description

When the AVERage acquisition sampling mode is selected (see :ACQuire:SMODe), this query returns the number of waveforms that have been acquired and averaged so far. This is the same "Waveforms" count that appears in the user interface to the right of the Waveform tab.

The requested number of waveforms to be averaged is specified by the :ACQuire:COUNt command. This is also known as the terminal count.

Before the requested number of waveforms are averaged, the completion criteria is not met, the channel status is questionable, and measurements cannot be made.

Once the requested number of waveforms has been acquired and averaged, the completion criteria is met, and measurements can be made.
