Jitter DCD Commands

Query Syntax

:MEASure:JITTerN:JITTer:DCD?

Where N identifies one of four possible jitter/noise analyses {1:4}. For example, JITTer4.

Description

Returns DCD (Duty Cycle Distortion), which is derived from the Composite DDJ Histogram graph. It is the absolute value of the difference between the mean of the histogram of the rising edge positions and the mean of the histogram of the falling edge positions.
