Where N identifies one of four possible jitter/noise analyses {1:4}. For example, JITTer4.

Description
Queries the status of the :MEASure:JITTer:JITTer:DCD? measurement. Use the :MEASure:JITTer:JITTer:DCD:STATus:REASon? child query to determine the reason for an invalid or questionable measurement. Additional information about the failure may be available using the :MEASure:JITTer:JITTer:DCD:STATus:DETails? child query.
