:MEASure:PAM:RFTime

Query Syntax

:MEASure:PAM:RFTime?

Description

Measures the rise time or fall time for the specified PAM signal level-to-level transition (see :MEASure:PAM:RFTime:TRANsition). For example in PAM4, there are six possible level-to-level transitions (TRANsition01, TRANsition02, TRANsition03, TRANsition12, TRANsition13, and TRANsition23).

Whether a rising edge or a falling edge is measured is specified by the :MEASure:PAM:RFTime:EDIRection command.
