Where N identifies one of four possible PAM jitter analyses {1:4}. For example, PJITter4.

For the selected row in the Dual-Dirac PAM Jitter measurements table (see :MEASure:PJITter:DDIRac:SELect), this query returns the Uncorrelated Total Jitter peak-peak (TTX-UTJ) measurement from that row.
