Description

This is an AC Vrms (standard deviation) measurement on the linear fit error e(k) waveform.

The linear fit error is the difference between the actual transmitter output signal and the linear fit Pulse Corrected waveform. It represents essentially the distortion from a linear response.

SNDR measurement parameters are defined for the waveform source selected by :MEASure:SNDRatio:SERRor:SOURce.
