In MIPI M-PHY Low Speed Mode, Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is used to transmit data, so this special, non-PLL-based clock recovery mode is used to recover the clock.
In MIPI M-PHY High Speed Mode, the Second Order PLL clock recovery mode is typically used.
