Customize Layout of Windows

The Customize Layout dialog box lets you assign waveforms to particular windows. There are four waveform windows that can be used to hold time domain waveforms.

For example, you can drag the Channel 2 waveform to the Waveform 1, Waveform 2, Waveform 3, or Waveform 4 windows.

There are also four Freq-Mag, four Phase, and four GrpDelay widows that can be used to hold those types of frequency domain waveforms.

Within each waveform window, multiple waveform grids can be Stacked, Tiled, Overlapped, or Tab Tile using the controls in the upper-left corner of the window.

Customizing Layout using SCPI Commands

To move a waveform to a different content window of the same type, you can use the SCPI commands shown in the following table. If the additional content window does not exist, it will automatically be created. Refer to the Infiniium 2026 Programmers Guide for information on the Interactive SCPI Command Tree.

The following table describes the various content windows and their availability.
