Infiniium—At a Glance

Infiniium 2026 is the Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the Infiniium XR8 real-time oscilloscopes. Infiniium 2026 supports the connections shown in the following picture:

Infiniium 2026 provides a rich measurement system with the following benefits:

• Common base code for real-time oscilloscopes and the Infiniium 2026 Offline PC application which ensures that the measurement algorithms are identical.
• The Infiniium 2026 Offline application which runs on a PC:
• Uses the same GUI as on the real-time oscilloscopes.
• Can be used with simulated instruments that generate waveforms for analysis.
• Remote programs can control any of the Infiniium 2026 applications with little or no modification. Refer to the Programmers' Guide.
