This setting is only available to TD-SCDMA Test Operating mode.
When UL DPCH TFCI Ctrl is set to Auto, the test set uses the received TFCI value sent by the UE on the uplink DPCH. The test set uses the standard RMC TFCI table to interpret the received TFCI:

When UL DPCH TFCI Ctrl is set to Manual, the test set ignores the TFCI value sent by the UE and uses the value specified by the UL DPCH TFCI setting.
