OIF-CEI 56G Draft PAM4 Measurements

The OIF-CEI 56G Draft PAM4 Measurements license enables the use of the Keysight N1085A-4FP Compliance and Debug Application. This application installs on a PC or DCA-X and measures your high speed serial host board, module, or IC to required transmit parameters in OIF-CEI 4.0 draft documents for PAM4. This easy-to-use oscilloscope application lets you:

• Reduce your test times from hours to minutes
• Debug your device using custom configurations
• Characterize up to 10 lanes in multi-lane devices

To enable the use of the U3020AS26 switching test set with this compliance and debug application purchase the IEEE 802.3 Compliance Switch Control.

• N1000A oscilloscope with pattern lock option (N1000A-PLK)
• Research and Development Package license (legacy licenses 200, 201, and 401).
• For multiple-module solution: N1045A or N1055A. In addition, two pickoffs.
• Economy Network Analyzer (ENA) or Performance Network Analyzer (PNA) for S-parameter measurements
• Matched cable set 86108B-CA3/CA2
• Two phase trimmers, 86108B-PT3/PT2. Two DC blocks.
