Measurement Offset (802.16 OFDMA)

When Override Measurement Region is selected, Measurement Offset in conjunction with Measurement Interval manually specifies a "zoomed" measurement analysis region (in time) to a specific segment of the defined zone or set of defined data bursts without re-defining the input signal. The measurement is restricted to the defined signal.
