QAM Identifiers (Custom OFDM)

 Default: See Preset to Standard

The QAM Identifiers is an array containing index values into the QAM Levels array that specifies the modulation type. The Resource Modulation file uses the QAM Identifiers The QAM Identifiers parameter is specified in the Format tab > QAM Idenifiers text box (Custom OFDM Demod Properties dialog box). parameter and QAM Quadrature Amplitude Modulation Levels parameter to specify the OFDM Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing: OFDM employs multiple overlapping radio frequency carriers, each operating at a carefully chosen frequency that is Orthogonal to the others, to produce a transmission scheme that supports higher bit rates due to parallel channel operation. OFDM is an alternative tranmission scheme to DSSS and FHSS. subcarrier modulation format. see the "Making a Custom OFDM Measurement" tutorial for more information.
