Setting up a New User Color Map

To define a new user color map, follow these steps:

1. Open the color map editor by clicking Utilities > Display Preferences > User Color Map tab
2. Specify the Color Count (the number of colors in the map).
3. Set Color Index to 0.
4. Click Color and select the desired color for the lowest color in the color bar.
5. Increase the Color Index by 1.
6. Repeat the previous 2 steps until you have defined all the colors in the map.
