Format Tab (Trace)

The Format tab selects coordinates for the active trace.

Trace controls: At the top of the tab are controls for selecting, adding, and removing traces.
Visible: Select the Visible check box to make the trace visible on the display; clear the check box to remove the trace from the display. When the trace is enabled, the following parameters can be set for the trace:
- Format: Selects coordinates for the active trace, such as Log Mag or Linear Mag.
  - Log X-Axis: Specifies a linear or logarithmic scale for the X-axis.
  - Y Axis Format and X Axis Format: specify the transform for the X and Y axes when the Real vs. Imag format is selected.
- Phase Offset: Specifies a phase offset when the Trace Format is set to Unwrap Phase or Wrap Phase.
- Time Segment Display Mode: Allows you to change the display mode for time-segmented data.
- Unwrap Reference: Designates the zpoint (X-axis) value about which phase values are to be unwrapped when the Trace Format is set to Unwrap Phase.
- Delay Aperture: Determines the aperture setting when the Trace Format is set to Group Delay.
