NRMSE (802.15.4 HRP UWB)
(normalized root mean square error) is computed and averaged over the whole frame. NRMSE is expressed as a percentage of the pulse amplitude averaged over the entire frame. NRMSE is computed using only the pulse points and doesn't include the inactive points. NRMSE is the RMS error between the IQ Meas Time and IQ Ref Time traces.
The Exclude TX Settling Time is excluded from the computation of NRMSE.
